Pastor Jack E. Wilkins and his wife Wanda attended Apostle Frederick K.C. Price’s Ministry & Leadership Training Institute in Los Angeles, California in 1995 and graduated, with honors, in 1997. Upon graduation, they spent another 15 years of ministry training under Apostle Frederick K.C. Price. Six of those years were spent on the mission field pioneering and pastoring Crenshaw Christian Center Global Ministries in Windhoek, Namibia, Africa, and an additional two years were spent pastoring Crenshaw Christian Center East in New York City.

In February 2013, Pastor Wilkins pioneered Oasis of Manna Church. Pastor Wilkins and his wife are ordained ministers of the Gospel.
